๐ฟ Wild Soul Weekend Three Days of Grounding, Releasing & Returning to Self Day One: ARRIVE & LAND You arrive gently, welcomed with warm tea to ground the senses. As the land greets you, you are invited into a circle of presence โ a space to soften, set intentions, and settle into your body. Nature invites us to listen. Later, we move slowly through breath and body, arriving somatically. The evening brings nourishing food, shared in community, and space by the fire to reflect. Journaling prompts stir the question: What am I carrying? and What does arrival feel like in my body? โ followed by stargazing, or simply rest under the open sky. Day Two: UNWIND & REMEMBER The day begins in the body โ a flow of intuitive movement, breath, and release, unraveling tension held in the fascia and awakening the space within. Breakfast is slow and spacious. We journey into the landscape โ a silent or intentional walk woven with stillness and reflection. By a tree or stream, you are asked: What is ready to be released? You may offer something to the land or dip your feet in cool water. A simple trail lunch nourishes as you write and rest. In the afternoon, creativity becomes our guide โ through visual journaling, spontaneous movement, or sound. Where do I feel most alive today? As the sun begins to set, we return to stillness. Long-held shapes, soft breath, and deep rest invite the nervous system to settle. Dinner is shared beside the fire once more, followed by storytelling or quiet reflection. We close the day with a question whispered into the dark: What did I learn from my body today? and What am I ready to walk forward with? Day Three: RETURN & RISE A breath-led morning ritual opens the final day, guiding us to align, awaken, and walk forward whole. We step outside for a closing walk โ a gentle loop, or simply a sit-spot held by the land. Here, clarity may rise. What am I bringing home? Returning to the circle one last time, we speak intentions, offer gratitude, and either return or receive a grounding token to carry forward. A final meal marks the close of our shared time, with quiet goodbyes and an open invitation to integrate slowly, gently, and in your own rhythm.
