5-day Flow into Zen
Service Description
Five Days of Somatic Exploration, Wild Walking & Soulful Return A powerful journey into the heart of Country — where silence speaks, the body remembers, and nature mirrors your inner rhythm. Day 1: Arrival – Grounding & Softening We begin with an early morning drive, gently transitioning into presence. Sacred stops like Simpsons Gap, Standley Chasm, Ochre Pits, and Ellery Creek offer grounding practices, breathwork, and a water-based intention ceremony. Arriving at camp, we settle into the desert with somatic movement, fireside journaling, and stargazing beneath the open sky. Day 2: Unwind – Exploring the Body’s Landscape The morning opens with fascia-focused somatic yoga to soften and awaken the body’s inner terrain. After breakfast, we take a short yet profound 2 km return hike from our Woodland campsite to Redbank Gorge. This gentle walk leads through ghost gum woodlands into the deep stillness of towering red walls and sacred water — perfect for silent walking, breath-led presence, and wild swimming. The afternoon invites deeper exploration through intuitive movement, creative journaling, and restful integration beneath desert skies. Evening closes with firelight connection and somatic unwinding under the stars. Day 3: Realign – Walking the Inner Path We align body, breath, and Earth through a full-day hike along Section 10 of the Larapinta Trail (approx. 14 km). This immersive walk leads from Ormiston Gorge to Finke River, traversing ancient desert landscapes and expansive views. Along the trail, we pause for guided meditation, and awe-filled moments of stillness. We swim, rest, and gather for a heartfelt evening of reflection and optional yoga nidra under the night sky. Day 4: Remember – Emotional Aliveness A dynamic morning flow awakens spiral, sound, and joy. We walk the iconic Ormiston Pound Loop (approx. 8.5 km) with meditation stops and silent segments, listening to the rhythm of Country. The afternoon offers spaciousness — time to rest, journal, create, or simply be. As the sun sets, we gather in circle for gentle movement, and firelight integration. Day 5: Mount Sonder Return – Saddle & Integration In the early hours, we hike under the stars to reach the saddle of Mount Sonder (approx. 4 km return) At this elevated threshold, we pause for sunrise meditation and journaling, breathing in the vastness of the land. After descending, we gather for a final breakfast, gratitude and a slow return to Alice Springs.
